Sorry guys haven’t had time to do double entry of workouts (I keep a ss of my data) but I really enjoy the support I get from the website so I will keep contributing to forums and discussions.  You guys are great.

Beer Drinking


Beer is my crux.  I have switched to carbonated water and found that it really helps me cut back on my beer drinking.  I only had 1 night of cheating with my mistress beer since Jan. 1.  Maybe this substitute can work for others in the same love affair.

Hello,

I am a new member and going forward I will try to use the 365 logbook.  I have been tracking my workouts, diet, etc in an excel spreadsheet but I will not be transfering them due to time constraints.

I look forward to learning and using the tools available at this sight.
