		<description><![CDATA[Wow,  today was supposed to be my full body day including str training but screwed up my calorie intake (~425 cals by 2:30) for the day and bonked at work at 2:30.  Oops.  Barely finished my cardio.  Too tired for lifting.  Tomorrow will be better.  Interesting fact, my weight went up 2 pounds before bed.  [...]]]></description>
